Parking | There are a few different options for parking. Off-street parking in Loring Park starts at $85 per month. There are five lots all located within one block of our apartments. There is also ramp-covered parking next to the Hyatt Hotel for $200/mo. There is also on-street permit parking for residents of Loring Park, which is $25 per year. Vehicle permits can be obtained through the city of Minneapolis.
Public Transportation | There are city bus routes two blocks east at 15th and Nicollet and three blocks west at Oak Grove and Hennepin Ave/ Lyndale Ave.
Car Rentals | There are also affordable car rental companies available for the “a la cart” use of an economy-sized car. There is Car2go.com and HOURCAR.org.
Bicycling | We offer free bicycle storage at most of our properties. During the warmer months, you can also rent a bicycle at any time. Nice Ride has over 1700 bikes available 24/7 from 190 locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Get on a bike at any station and return it anywhere in the system. Take a spin around the lake, ride to work, or ride across town. Scooter Rental | With companies such as Bird, Lime and more - there are various opportunities to rent scooters in the Loring Park area.
