We are a collection of prewar brownstones in the cosmopolitan setting of historic Loring Park, a residential neighborhood, a 5 minute walk to downtown Minneapolis. Our buildings have been owned and managed by our family for over 30 years and our maintenance staffs are on duty, on site, daily.
